Kelly Carter
Founder
Kelly Carter is a People Strategy and Operations executive who steps in as fractional Human Resources leadership for founder led and growth stage teams. She builds the people systems that make work calmer and outcomes more consistent: clear roles, simple operating rhythms, strong manager tools, and decisions that stand up under pressure.
With leadership experience across Human Resources, operations, and marketing, Kelly has led organization design, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and complex employee relations work across multi state teams in the United States and Canada. She is known for plain language, practical tools, and steady execution when things get steep.
Kelly is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and has lived and worked throughout the country. She meets teams where they are, building alignment quickly in onsite and remote environments.
Outside of work, she rock climbs, skis, practices yoga, and spends as much time outdoors as possible.
